  1. 5cups shredded cabbage
  2. 2 large carrots, grated
  3. ¾ cup mayonnaise
  4. 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  5. 2 Tbsp honey
  6. 1 tsp caraway seeds
  7. ¾ tsp salt or more to taste
  1. 1.Toss the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. 2.Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and caraway seeds in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the cabbage; toss to combine. Stir in salt to taste. Chill until ready to serve
